Scylla Cloud About Scylla Cloud

About Scylla Cloud¶

ScyllaDB Cloud is a managed NoSQL database-as-a-service (DBaaS) running ScyllaDB Enterprise. It spares you the time and effort of setting up hardware or installing software - we take care of everything related to managing the database, including upgrades, backups, and security.

ScyllaDB Cloud is available on both AWS and Google Cloud public clouds, so you can choose your preferred cloud provider to run your cluster. ScyllaDB Cloud runs on a subset of instance types selected for the best performance vs. cost ratio:

  • On AWS Cloud, high-performance storage optimized i3 and i3en instances.

  • On Google Cloud, n2-highmem machines.
